To all aspiring candidates I just hope that this reality must be looked upon for thier future platforms and concrete strategy
by the time that they step into the stage of the political arena.

1. Did you saw every child in your neighborhood running with out slippers and panties?
2. Did you saw how thier parents earning money day to day before they could bring food in thier
Table?
3. Did you saw how every family of an OFW left in Tubigon and how they spend their days
without thier parents.
4. Did you saw how the land and the fields of Tubiganons just left and sell for them to go abroad
for they could not find job in Tubigon?
5. Did you know how it fell going anywhere else to find a job by just a minimal amount of
money and even asking for others?

Hopefully concrete programs and strategies must be build to resolve this concern by the candidates.
not just thier mere personal ambition for prestige and power.

To all tubiganon lets check during thier campaign if there are programs that suits to this concern.

This must be looked how Tubigon is!! This must be seen how every Tubiganon Family live day to day.
It is not just governance yet it is the to moral and attitude change of the whole tubigon.

The attitude and the moral of the candidates must be looked into before casting your votes.

Go Tubigon.

I saw everything, every sign of of poverty that our fellow tubigonians are suffering. But it's not only isolated in Tubigon, it's everywhere in Philippines and in the whole world. Each individual should have a self discipline, people should think first before making a baby, they should envision the future because for me it's silliness to put all the blame to the government.Yeah, everything is politics. But, we should take responsibility of our actions, we should also do our bits and bobs to ease poverty.
My questions are:
1. How can the 'dependent' Philippines progress if the rich countries are struggling to recover the economic turn down?
2. How can we meet the needs if we don't have enough supplies/products, if we kept on importing goods e.g. rice (which used to be in abundance in our country and is now on scarce)?

The population is growing too fast, our lands are turning into concrete and young generations don't like farming anymore, and we always have storm in Phillippines which destroyed the crops. So we can just hold on tight and expect food scarcity in the near future, not only in Philippines but globally. Unfortunately, poor countries like our Phillippines will be more affected. THERE SHOULD BE A LAND PROTECTION...to protect some lands merely for plants and crops...

mao ra gud pud nay ahung huna-huna.

Yup you have admited that poverty is in tubigon though indeed it's not only in tubigon but this must not be an excuse to us tubigonians, we must excell more than anyone in the whole world. Each of us tubiganon should have a self discipline, people should think first before making a baby, they should envision the future because for me it's silliness to put all the blame to the government ( reminders the government is made by us ).Yeah, everything is politics. But, we should take responsibility of our actions, we should also do our bits and bobs to ease poverty. Indeed I have do it in my own little way.
My questions are:
1. How can the 'dependent' Philippines progress if the rich countries are struggling to recover the economic turn down? The philippines could progess despite the current global financial crisis By

1. It is just currently the financial side. we still have our talents in which the world needs.
we still have the lands being left for the tubiganons to find job abroad.

2. How can we meet the needs if we don't have enough supplies/products, if we kept on importing goods e.g. rice (which used to be in abundance in our country and is now on scarce)?

1. RICE !!! do you know that the country that provided us rice is thailand but FYI the thailanders studied there rice research through our rice research institute here in the philippines. How come we Filipinos could not do it on our own. is there a problem of our attitude?

There are allocated industrial Zone and agricultural Zones but the regulating body has a problem. and Most of all there are no more filipinos acknowledging the importance of the farmers.

The situation now is still fluid and any possible tandems and alliances are still possible. Nothing fixed until the last day of filing COCs. Again, I have declared I'm not seeking elective post this 2010 Elections but thank you very much if you see me as one of the bets for councilor.

About Atty. Carling Campo, isn't it that he is an American citizen? I have talked to him and he is a good man but I'm not really sure of his nationality and if he is registered in Tubigon or his hometown in Samar.

Although it's still months from now, just like the national scene, our local politics is also getting so exciting and remarkable each day. As new personalities were introduced and new affiliation and alignment and of new alliances are being speculated, it's amazing to know and read some of the comments and notes shared by some well meaning by-standers and watchers out here in network. I admit I am one of them. But so far, so good, all of those being mentioned and introduced here are all potential wannabees. Yes, they come in different ages, clans, sizes and political colors - and from different backgrounds and generations. But I would like to believe they are all true blue dyed in the wool -Tubignons - that their aspirations and ambitions to be included in the long list of our revered chosen leaders, following the footsteps of the towns founding forefathers - are of the same cause - our real cause - - - that they are for the good of Tubigon- no matter what, come what may. After all in every elections - all our choices will boil down into two - the choice between good and the evil - and not the lesser good and not the lesser evil.

In the meantime, I just hope not anyone of them - will proclaim that they run because God ask him. Because everyone would like to believe they are - which leads us to be more confused. If all of them are called by God that's why they run - then God might have been confused - that He answer all of them - YES.

Whatever it is, at the end of the day - the long list of aspirant will just show that democracy is alive even in our little town. I am just optimistic it is only a sign of healthy politics and that all of them are all worth it and they are ready to serve for the common good of our beloved hometown, in whatever capacities and means they would employ to achieve the ultimate goal - that is for a progressive Tubigon - for its progress and development is always worth dying for.

Magtatayo tayo ng Tubigonians in Metro Manila Shelter and Headquarters.

God bless and more power.

Hi ma'am about that nagdecline na po ako sa mga nag-invite. Dito muna siguro po ako sa Manila. Marami pa tayong proyekto sa ating association at marami pong nangangailangan ng ating tulong dito. My parents always support me whatever my decision is as long as para sa kabutihan naman ito. But siguro po marami naman pong gusto magsilbi at maging konsehal sa town natin this coming May 2010 ngunit halos wala pong gusto mamuno sa ating association.

Nag-ikot kami last Sunday sa mga Board of Trustees - Engr. Itable, Engr. Jao, Engr. Barba, Engr. Isa pa yung kalaban niya is my relative si Tiyo Fred Batausa and si Atty.

God bless and more power!
