- Dear Fellow SCORE Members,
Our reunion last October 31 at the Bergado Residence (Home of Yogi, Mommy Ching, Paraluman, Woofer) was quite successful in the sense that we had a great moment of catching up with each other and of course laughing the good old days of once the biggest and the strongest radio group in Bohol which even branched out in the interior. It was nostalgic and at the same time a time to ponder how the bonds and friendships were formed which transpired and outlived the very strand which bound us all – radio communication.
Because of the fun and laughter, I failed to convey to the group my thoughts in mind. I’m thinking of still continuing the group but shifting to another focus. I suggested to Highlander and Woofer that we form an Outdoor Recreation Group with Environmental Advocacy. I got this idea after an informal outdoor group in Tubigon invited me once to join their camping at Bilar. As a group, we can enjoy or continue to forge bonds and friendships by conducting seminars and awareness campaigns, tree planting, coastal clean-up, benefit concert for Mother Nature and be a strong voice in Tubigon now that a contractor has been applying mining/quarry permits to mine and bulldoze some areas of Guiwanon and Pinayagan. This was relayed to me by my colleague in the Tubigonians in Metro Manila, Inc. and my predecessor Engr. Dodie Itable. He declined the offer of that contractor to mine or quary his lands in Pinayagan where he is planning to put up an eco-tourism place. Engr. Itable declined the juicy offer to mine limestone thinking of the welfare of the people who might be flooded during heavy rains or contract pulmonary diseases.
As a start, I can bring my colleague in the UP Student Council who used to be an officer of the UP Mountaineers to conduct a Basic Mountaineering Course. I’m sure Woofer can top some of his friends in Manila also who are outdoor recreation enthusiasts. I’m opening this idea so that our group will continue to be of relevance to the community and to the nation. Even if we can’t be as active as before because we have now different priorities, some of us or most of us have their own families, or some of us migrated already, our children or relatives can continue our service in the future but at the same time enjoying and having camaraderie.
I’m opening this idea to you friends. I think we also have to establish a yahoogroups. Please pass this message to fellow SCORE members, fans, supporters and collaborators.

- Prix, kindly give mu updates on the BACS. I know ang main concern natoh is gamit but we can package an October activity and raise as high as P30,000 para ipalit natoh ug ubang gamit.
About the plans of seeing a Tubignon booter in the UAAP and NCAA I'm very optimistic we can do it in the next three years. Nindot man gud ni kay makakita tah mausab ang kinabuhi sa bata ug makaskwela diri ug makadula unya ang Technology transfer ba. Siguro when I go home magdetailed mapping tah kinsa mga bataa atong i-focus. Siguro at least two or three pohon. Wala man problema kastayhan diri ug food ug pamasahe ug motry-out na sila in the future. Tubigonians in Metro Manila will give support, moral and financial.
Kindly motivate the kids nalang to Dream Big prix. Soccer will definitely bring them to places, literally and figuratively.:) Keep up the good work Coach Ploy! Probably that's why Max scolded you once in a while before because he wanted you to be a better coach than him and indeed you are now. Because, you are not only a coach to the boys and kids, but most importantly, a Kuya and a barkada. You're a part of the lives of these kids.
